At Virona, we stand behind the quality of our fragrances. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided:

• The bottle is unopened and sealed in its original condition

• Original packaging is intact and undamaged

• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return, contact us at meluhafragrances@gmail.com or +971 50 907 6187 with your order details. We'll provide return instructions within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

• Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, we'll replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

What We Cannot Accept

Due to the intimate nature of fragrance products:

• Opened, used, or tested bottles

• Products without original packaging

• Items returned after 30 days

• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Received the wrong item or a damaged package? Contact us immediately with photos — we'll make it right, no questions asked.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020). You are entitled to a full refund or replacement for any defective product regardless of this policy.
