By placing an order through our website (VironaFragrance.com), Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other channel, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products & Pricing

All products are described accurately on our website and social media channels. Prices are displayed in AED and include 5% VAT. We reserve the right to update prices, but any price displayed at the time of your order will be honored.

If we offer a discount on a product within 7 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a refund of the price difference upon request, in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed via our website, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp. We accept payment via:

• Credit/Debit Card (processed securely via Stripe)

• Cash on Delivery (Dubai/UAE only)

Your order is confirmed once payment is received or COD is accepted. We will send confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the UAE via trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within Dubai and 3-7 business days elsewhere in the UAE. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be communicated before checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 30 days

• Defective products will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you

• Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons

Your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law are not affected by this policy.

6. Warranty

Virona fragrances are crafted with quality ingredients and packaged to the highest standards. If you receive a defective product (damaged bottle, faulty spray mechanism, etc.), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our expense.

7. Your Rights

Under UAE law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection), you have the right to:

• Accurate information about our products

• Safe products that meet quality standards

• Fair compensation if you receive a defective product

• File a complaint with the UAE Consumer Protection Department if your concerns are not resolved

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price you paid for the product. This does not affect your statutory rights for defective products.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ajman, UAE. You also have the right to file complaints with the UAE Consumer Protection Department or the Commercial Compliance and Consumer Protection (CCCP) authority.
