Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
International shipping is not currently available. If you are outside the UAE and interested in purchasing, please contact us to discuss options.
Delivery Timeframes
All orders are delivered within 1-3 business days anywhere in the UAE.
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat shipping rate across the entire UAE:
AED 20 — Standard delivery (1-3 business days)
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your order. There are no hidden fees.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard) — processed securely via Stripe
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for all UAE locations
For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready upon delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive:
• Order confirmation via WhatsApp/email immediately after placing your order
• Shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners including Fetchr, Aramex, and other licensed UAE delivery services to ensure your fragrance arrives safely and on time.
Delivery Instructions
Our courier will contact you via phone before delivery. Please ensure:
• Your phone number is correct and reachable
• Someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
• Any building or villa access instructions are provided at checkout
If delivery cannot be completed after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us and you will be contacted to arrange redelivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
• Provide photos of any visible damage to packaging or product
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can track your package directly through the courier's website or by contacting us for updates.
